Located in Algarrobo, Chile, San Alfonso del Mar is renowned for hosting the world’s largest clear water pool, recognized by the Guinness World Records. This enormous pool spans over 900 meters and is filled with approximately 250 million liters of purified seawater. Situated directly on the beach in front of the resort, the pool’s vibrant turquoise waters are kept exceptionally clean through advanced filtration systems. During the summer, the water is also kept about nine degrees warmer than the surrounding ocean. Guests can take advantage of the pool’s vast expanse to engage in activities like kayaking, sailing, and even diving.
